The first step is a 30-minute phone or video call.
We'll chat about your venue, plans, priorities and budget, giving me a chance to understand what you're looking for and whether we're the right fit for each other.
By the end of the call, we'll have:
Discussed your ideas and priorities
Talked through your budget
Covered any non-negotiables
Chatted about next steps

vision board + price guide
Following our chat, I'll create a vision board and price guide based on everything we've discussed.
Think of it as the starting point, not the finished design. It brings together your venue, colour palette, style and design ideas, helping us shape the overall look and feel of your day before I create your final mood board closer to the time.
It's a chance to make sure we're completely aligned creatively before moving forward.
If everything feels right in this initial phase, you can secure your date with a booking fee.

final details
Around 3-6 months before your wedding or event, we'll catch up again, either in person or virtually, to finalise all the exciting bits.
By this stage, your vision board becomes a fully developed mood board, and you'll receive:
A detailed mood board
Your final floral designs
A payment schedule
Mock-ups for larger installations, where needed
This is where everything really starts to come together, and you'll be able to see how your flowers will look and feel on the day.

Yes. It’s currently £1,250 but this is subject to change.

We do offer some elements of styling in addition to our flower designs and we can discuss these in our initial chat.

If you book me to provide flowers for your wedding or event, no sorry. The only florists I will work with are the freelancers that I hire to help me deliver. This protects our brand, design integrity and reputation.

Not at all! It’s my job to guide and advise you through the process. A good place to start is by pulling together a Pinterest board and adding anything that you like the look of.

Yes. My home is Scotland so I work there quite a bit - Springkell is like my second home at this point! I also cover certain locations in North Yorkshire, Cumbria and the Lake District.

Most of my wedding clients book around 12-15months before, there's no right or wrong answer - it depends how organised you are / want to be. Just bear in mind that leaving it too late means florists can book up, the same as any other vendor so if you want to have the best chance of working with us, enquire early.

If you’re getting married at The Byirs, Whitworth Hall, Woodhill Hall, Le Petit Chateau, Healy Barn or Halton Grove, these venues we’ve worked at in the past and are booked to work at in the near future are all local to us and we are able to use our knowledge and relationships to make your planning experience a lush one.
